The two Russian Su-27 returned to their baser in #Crimea  after destroying a $32 million, for the latest versions of MQ-9, #US  drone.

In The Greatest Evil Is War, Chris Hedges has the temerity to hail President Barack Obama for blocking arms “sales” to Ukraine while Russian forces were seizing Crimea and fomenting civil strife in the Donbas. Read@bstewart1776 's full review 👉 #War

@NikkiFried  Obama mocked Romney for him saying Russia was a major threat and Putin took Crimea when Obama was President. Hunter seems to be making a fortune from Russia, Ukraine and China, no?

@zerohedge  Well Nuland clearly stated that the objective was to demilitarize Crimea and we know the reaper is spying for the ukrainians... fair target if you ask me.

Alexei Navalny’s controversial positions on Crimea have led to deep and lingering suspicion in Ukraine that the enemy of its enemy is no true friend.

Watched Navalny today. It’s a brilliant, inspiring documentary. Two holes: 1) they should have asked him to clarify his position about the annexation of Crimea. It’s a weird omission. Should Navalny survive and somehow come to power, what he did and didn’t say in this now…

DeSantis's statement to Carlson is in contrast to his comments when Putin was first advancing into Ukraine with the annexation of Crimea. “We in the Congress have been urging the president, I’ve been, to provide arms to Ukraine,” he said then.

@fermerzpolissia  @DanielRoherNavalmy  made a mistake in what he said about Crimea 10 years ago. He has said as much. He firmly opposes this war. The worst use of our time is to argue about a guy dying in Putin's jail instead of fighting Putin.

Giving crimea'>Putin Crimea in 2014 did not prevent him from invading Ukraine on a bigger scale in 2022. On what basis do strategists assume that giving Putin more territory today will prevent future invasions? What is the logic? Or historical precedent?

As Putins barbaric war rages on, my tolerance for war rationalizers decreases. If you are are still blaming NATO expansion for Putins invasion, claiming that Crimea was always Russian, or calling Zelensky corrupt, you are helping Putins war efforts. Please stop.

Let’s try this then: the will of the people who live in the Donbas & Crimea should decide whether they’re part of Russia or Ukraine

Ukraine-Russia Peace: - Redo elections of annexed regions under UN supervision. Russia leaves if that is will of the people. - Crimea formally part of Russia, as it has been since 1783 (until Khrushchev’s mistake). - Water supply to Crimea assured. - Ukraine remains neutral.

If you think Putin is winning the war in Ukraine, I’ve got a bridge to sell you in Crimea.

@RenataKonkoly  Russia is doing partial mobilization. They go to full war mobilization if Crimea is at risk. Death on both sides will be devastating. Russia has >3 times population of Ukraine, so victory for Ukraine is unlikely in total war. If you care about the people of Ukraine, seek peace.

❝Donetsk is Ukraine. Luhansk is Ukraine. Kherson is Ukraine. Zaporizhzhia is Ukraine. Just like Crimea is Ukraine.❞ @jensstoltenberg  | #StandWithUkraine  UA

Crimea was TAKEN by Russia during the Obama Administration. Was Obama too soft on Russia?

For eight years Russia "ran over" President Obama, got stronger and stronger, picked-off Crimea and added missiles. Weak! @foxandfriends
