@ememsanCDN  UPDATE: The Philippine Coast Guard in Cebu, in an updated report, stated that the vessel that caught on fire within the vicinity of Shell Island in Cebu City was a tugboat operated by roro company Super Shuttle Roro. The tugboat's five crew members were unharmed. | @ememsanCDN
