The Justice Department announced it will not charge the police officer who killed #Tamir Rice in 2014 due to lack of evidence. Cleveland Officer Loehmann shot 12-year-old Rice while playing with a toy gun. Neither him nor his partner Garmback have faced any criminal charges.
