Rare live recordings of jazz saxophonist Cannonball Adderley at the peak of his career are coming to digital music services. The 1966-67 recordings of Adderley's quintent at Seattle’s Penthouse club sat largely unheard in archives for decades.

A rare collection of previously unissued recordings by legendary jazz saxophonist Cannonball Adderley is becoming more accessible thanks to two small jazz labels seeking to keep jazz history alive.

'Cannonball Adderley’s Swingin’ in Seattle: Live at the Penthouse' will be available on all digital platforms, including Apple Music, Amazon Music, and Spotify.

"Somethin' Else" was Cannonball Adderley's sole album as a leader for Blue Note & remains his magnum opus & a crown jewel of our catalog featuring one of Reid Miles' most iconic album cover designs
