BREAKING: Premier John Horgan has revealed a new slate of cabinet ministers who will lead B.C. through the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the economic fallout.

Karnataka Cabinet on Friday deferred the decision on recommending to the Centre inclusion of Veerashaiva-Lingayat community in the Union list of Other Backward Classes (OBC), apparently under pressure from the Centre as well as some Ministers.

Not including the premier, the 24-person cabinet is half women and half men. Four of the full ministers are either Indigenous or people of colour, as are three of the four ministers of state.

Cabinet ministers have given the green light for restaurants and pubs that serve food to open next week. This will be a three stage re-opening.

Cabinet Ministers meet this morning to discuss their options, ahead of a decision later in the week on how to exit level five.

The PM and the Cabinet Secretary, Johnson and Case, write joint letter to all ministers and permanent secretaries asking them to stop leaking and not to engage in bullying.

Cabinet ministers rushing to publicly support Cummings breaking the Govt’s own lockdown rules just about sums up their collective moral bankruptcy & fridge-hiding, accountability-avoiding cowardice. The public won’t stand for this shameful hypocrisy, whoever they vote for.

Pathetic sight to see J&K Muslim leaders appear on foreign TV and weep that removing Art 370 means that Muslims will be denied becoming CMs. Muslims have been CMs of Maharashtra and Bihar, have been President, Vice President, Cabinet Ministers without Art 370 in other states.
