A govt paid for feature (in @guardian and I imagine elsewhere) is calling for us to eat more fish from British waters. Including 'beer battered Dover Sole' as an alternative to cod. WTF? Dover Sole is literally the most expensive fish there is. And deep frying it? (via @I_Jay )
