More spacewalk lingo: ▪️ APFR = Articulating Portable Foot Restraint (foot hold) This restraint is used for astronauts to anchor themselves to the outside of the @Space_Station  and provides a stable hands-free platform to work from.

The US Spacewalkers have the APFR (Articulating Portable Foot Restraint). The Russian's have "hold my leg" requests to their spacewalking buddy.
