This is Chief Petty Officer Charles RobertThacker Jr. He is the USS Theodore Roosevelt sailor who died of covid-19 this week. He tested positive for the coronavirus on March 30. Thacker's wife also is in the military, and was flown to Guam. He died by her side. RIP.
