For just the 2nd time in her major international career, Katie Ledecky was beaten in a final. Ledecky finished 3rd in the 200m freestyle in the Pan Pacific Championships in Tokyo. Canadian teen Taylor Ruck won the gold and Rikako Ikee took silver.
