Embattled Sen. Richard Burr is reportedly still facing an insider trading probe for selling stocks on the eve of the coronavirus crisis, even as the feds ended similar investigations into three of his colleagues.

The Justice Department is no longer investigating Sens. Kelly Loeffler, Dianne Feinstein and Jim Inhofe over their pandemic-timed stock trades — even as it continues to scrutinize similarly timed transactions made by Sen. Richard Burr, POLITICO’s Marianne LeVine reports.
