@ThomasHerndon1  @dclingiI  don't think it's a non-sequitur, because the people who shout that "capitalism is killing the planet " want us to spend our time and effort on changes that seem unlikely to effect a real solution. Instead, I say we do what works and forget about the ideological silliness.

🔒 People need to realise that material consumption does not lead to a good life; rather, it leads to towering waste that is killing our planet.
