Many of the people in DACA, no longer very young, are far from “angels.” Some are very tough, hardened criminals. President Obama said he had no legal right to sign order, but would anyway. If Supreme Court remedies with overturn, a deal will be made with Dems for them to stay!

DACA will be going before the Supreme Court. It is a document that even President Obama didn’t feel he had the legal right to sign - he signed it anyway! Rest assured that if the SC does what all say it must, based on the law, a bipartisan deal will be made to the benefit of all!

President Obama said that he did not have the right to sign DACA, that it will never hold up in court. He signed it anyway! If the Supreme Court upholds DACA, it gives the President extraordinary powers, far greater than ever thought. If they do what is right and do not let......

There is no urgency to fill this seat before October. Republicans held a Supreme Court seat open for more than a year all to prevent President Obama from fulfilling his constitutional role. Surely we can take the time we need now in order to fulfill OUR constitutional role.

When McConnell refused to hold a confirmation hearing for Obama’s Supreme Court nominee and demanded to wait until after the election, he set a precedent that he now must live with. There should be no confirmation hearing until the American people have a say.

The #Kavanaugh  confirmation should be delayed until the sexual assault allegation against him is fully investigated. The Supreme Court, during President Obama’s last year, functioned with just 8 justices. There should be no rush to fill it now.

Mitch McConnell blocked President Obama's Supreme Court nominee, and now he's not following his own #McConnellRule . Donate in Mitch's name to help Senate Democrats stop Trump's takeover of the Supreme Court!
