"One of the first things we say is, 'Find out what the people around you are making,'" said entertainment lawyer Nina Shaw, a founding member of Time's Up, the organization created in 2018 to fight sexual misconduct and workplace inequality.

A major figure in entertainment law, she was on the ground floor of the Time's Up movement. Nina Shaw was recognized as part of 2018's #Variety500  presented by @verizondigital
