@MikeLaw111  I'm leaving open the possibility that she was misunderstood or misinterpreted last week, or that she misspoke, or she changed her public stance. But News24 must have an audio recording of her comments last night. Could they please shed some light on it?

News24 is standing by their story of last week. That's fine, but I don't understand why they don't simply publish her full quotes, to see whether "eradicate" was a fair summary.

Last week, News 24 quoted Dr. Glenda Gray: "The lockdown should be eradicated completely." Today: "Gray reiterated she did not criticise the lockdown or the extension, adding it was in fact critical..." Was she misquoted? Or did she change her mind? Could News24 please explain?
