there’s a reason why people say the “negro leagues.” Because there were many. And teams had to do a LOT to stay afloat in and among them. It wasnt like there was just “the place black folks played.” Not by a long shot

I’d also like to point out that a lot of people dont really understand the whole context of black folks in baseball re: Negro Leagues. They be yelling “yeah but the Grays!” Like, fam it wasnt that simple
