To empower the people of J&K and Ladakh, Modi Govt has extended the allowances of the 7th Central Pay Commission to the Govt employees in the UTs. The decision will benefit 4.5 lakh employees, at an annual implication of Rs 4,800 crores and is applicable from October 31st 2019.
