A former justice who served 10 years on Canada's top court has died at the age of 94. Peter deCarteret Cory passed away in Mississauga on Tuesday, the Supreme Court of Canada has announced. Justice Cory served on the court for 10 years, retiring on June 1, 1999. #cdnpoli
