Wall Street traders and wealthy investors have turned the stock market back into a casino, making big bets that could once again sink the economy and leave the American people holding the bag. It's time to rein in this greed and speculation.

S&P down 4.8% for the year. If the market doesn’t recover, this will be Wall Street’s worst year since the 2008 financial crisis. Dow and S&P also down 7% this month – on pace for their worst Decembers since the Great Depression.
