Leonard Pozner, whose six-year-old son Noah was among the 26 victims at Sandy Hook elementary school sued James Fetzer and co-author Mike Palacek over their book "Nobody Died at Sandy Hook."

Retired professor James Fetzer, co-author of the book "Nobody Died at Sandy Hook," was found guilty in June of defaming Leonard Pozner.

The decision comes after a July ruling that Leonard Pozner, whose six-year-old son Noah was among the 26 victims in the December 2012 shooting in Newtown, Connecticut, was defamed in a book co-authored by the defendant.
