Ilocos Sur confirms first COVID-19 case as town locks down

Ilocos Sur Governor Ryan Luis Singson says the woman is 55 years old, and comes from the municipality of Tagudin.

Ilocos Sur records it’s first COVID-19 positive case in Barangay Magsaysay, Tagudin town. Governor Ryan Luis V. Singson placed Barangay Magsaysay of Tagudin under extreme enhanced community quarantine to prevent the spread of the virus. | via Freddie Lazaro
