A woman who was among the “Freedom Riders” who challenged racial segregation in the 1960s will be the keynote speaker at a breakfast in Cincinnati honoring civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr.

Horses & their riders were hit by an SUV on John Lewis Freedom Parkway last night. @Atlanta_Police  says as the horses were crossing the roadway, a Lexus SUV hit two horses, knocking them into the other two horses, & all four riders were knocked to the ground. No serious injuries
