France is entering phase two of lifting its lockdown. Starting June 2: • people can travel more than 60 miles from their homes • parks will open • restaurants, cafes and bars can serve food and drinks on site

Yet this guidance may not be reaching people, as a recent study in @TheLancet  found that organ donations have dropped by 51% and 90% in the U.S. and France, respectively, in this era of COVID-19

Another terrorist attack in Paris. The people of France will not take much more of this. Will have a big effect on presidential election!

Italy has banned weddings and funerals for 16 million people. Japan has closed schools for a month. France and Iraq have banned public gatherings. The U.N. has canceled all physical meetings to address climate change. Americans are uncertain what to do about Coachella.
