I congratulate Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit and the people of the Commonwealth of Dominica for a model election day that gave the Labor Party a great victory. Once again, the peoples of the Caribbean display their democratic character and decide their future in peace.
What could change before election day? @fatimamanji finds out.
Just saw my first Bloomberg ad here in Sacramento TV market... 88 days before the California primary. Given his personal wealth, he sure could afford to keep this up until election day.
Thousands of people have signed up to chant ‘OK boomer’ at Boris Johnson every time he speaks on election day.
Remember how angry you are today. Pack it up, store it, and pull it out again on every Election Day, every time. The people blocking common-sense gun legislation don’t just materialize out of thin air. We vote them in, actively or by inaction. We can vote them out.
So let me get this straight: Election Day'>Declaring Election Day a national holiday would be a "power grab," but declaring a national emergency over a manufactured crisis is totally fine?
I've noticed some confusion about how elections work. People vote on (and now often before) Election Day. And those votes are counted. All of them. Sometimes it takes a while. Then, and only then, you know who won.
