UPDATE: Albania’s prime minister has called on the international community for financial and human resources aid to recover from the 6.4 magnitude earthquake that killed 51 people and left thousands of damaged homes.

UPDATE: USGS officials have revised the magnitude of tonight's earthquake near Ridgecrest back up to 7.1.
