#SheBuiltIt honoree and Brooklyn native Shirley Chisholm had a lot of firsts under her belt — like the being the first Black Congresswoman and the first woman to run for the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination. #BlackHistoryNYC#BlackHistoryMonth
Black women continue to be the Democratic party’s strongest and most reliable voting blocs. They continue to get a seat at the table, but never receive a plate and a new group is making sure that changes: https://t.co/MtK9d1JSCK
What I've grown pessimistic about is his ability to unite the different factions/coalitions of the Democratic Party. He doesn't seem that interested in doing so, and polling shows he's a tough sell for some Ds. That's how nominations are *usually* won, through coalition-building.
Progressive when it wasn't fashionable.. @BernieSanders announces he's once again seeking the Democratic Party's nomination for president in 2020. He joins a crowded field of candidates who have largely emulated his policies #Bernie @SenSanders @People4Bernie
“You had Hillary Clinton and the Democratic Party try to hide the fact that they gave money to GPS Fusion to create a Dossier which was used by their allies in the Obama Administration to convince a Court misleadingly, by all accounts, to spy on the Trump Team.” Tom Fitton, JW
Heartbreaking: VA gov’s pro-abortion dogma is so extreme that he advocates taking the life of babies AFTER they are born. Watch the video. Every human life is precious—a gift from God—and the modern Democratic party’s embrace of late-term (or post-birth) abortion is truly tragic. https://t.co/vQJABAu19e
It is almost beyond comprehension that the Democratic Party basically supports open borders and is fine with providing welfare payments to millions of undocumented aliens when the country is $22 trillion in debt.
Is Mitch McConnell serious in fretting about the “precedent” of using the nuclear option? Does he think precedent matters to the other side? The GOP leadership seems almost willfully blind to the gangsterization of the Democratic Party
It is tragic to watch the Democratic Party becoming the party of death. The very idea that we could be debating infanticide of babies after they are born is a testimony to how much America’s culture has decayed. The fight against 9th month abortions willmbe central to 2020.
The left’s unrelenting attack on Robert E. Lee, who condemned slavery and opposed secession, is part of the big lie. The lie is to blame slavery entirely on the South and cover up the role of the Democratic Party whose northern and southern wings both protected slavery
