@JohnDrolte See, I don't know about that. I think if employees had more job security, a clearer ladder to promotion, more input, worker councils or co-determination etc., and lower CEO pay, many might feel *more* valued even with *lower* salaries. Maybe like in Europe/Canada/Japan?
