Uttarakhand: A mortar was disposed of by a bomb disposal team in Champawat. Naresh Chand, CO Champawat says, "On 1 March a mortar was brought to Banbasa police station by a man & Army was informed. A bomb disposal team was called from Lucknow which disposed the mortar today."
